What a devastating blow this would be to the people of this community that rely on The Family Feeding Center for a hot healthy meal!
This would also be a blow to our dedicated staff and volunteers that serve selflessly. We have built relationship and trust with these people and we look forward just as they do to spending time together. If this happens it would leave a big void in our lives and the people we serve. The phenomenal result of serving and relating to the people is not whether the person we are serving walks away ever wanting to get to know Christ in a new way (that’s the Holy Spirit’s job), but it’s the change that takes place in us through the Holy Spirit because we were willing to share the Lord’s saving grace. That’s what is so great about serving the Lord. Everybody wins! AMEN!
Shepherd’s HOPE is doing everything it can to cut costs to keep The Family Feeding Center open, but we need your help. Our prayer is that the LORD would speak loud and clear into the hearts of our Shepherd’s HOPE supporters that He wants to use. Currently many people go four days without a hot, nutritious meal when we are open on just two days. Can you imagine only having one hot meal a week, especially as the winter months are just ahead?
LORD it is in your hands. You know the need better than we do and we are here to serve you!
$20,000 is still needed to fund The Family Feeding Center for 2 days a week through June, 2015.

The Family Feeding Center feeds a hot, nutritious meal to 300 people each Wednesday and Friday from 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm.
$350.00 will feed 300 people for 1 day a week.
$700.00 will feed 300 people for 2 days a week.
$3,000.00 will feed 300 people for 2 days a week for one month.
$15,000.00 will feed 300 people for 2 days a week for 5 months.
The need is great, but with the support of each of you, we believe God will continue to bless this ministry. Without your help The Family Feeding Center will have to stop serving on Wednesdays.
